A Journey of Dedication and Impact! 

Jacob Peck is a man of character, driven by a desire to bring his full effort to every endeavor. Since joining our Xtra-Ordinary Team in 2018, he has consistently impacted his environment, fostering sustainability and growth. With a solid foundation in accounting from the University of North Florida. Jacob's path has been marked by excellence and leadership. He was a four-time recipient of the Remarkable Future Scholarship and serves as a Sunday School Teacher to the 4th and 5th graders at Church alongside his lovely wife, Olivia. 

Jacob's professional journey began in the dining room at our Atlanitc and Hodges store at 15 years old. He served in the positions of Team Member, Trainer, Certified Trainer, Supervisor, Director of Night operations, and Kitchen Director. Now, he serves as the General Manager at our Atlantic and Kernan location. His goal is to ascend to the role of Owner Operator, a path driven by his rich job experience and education. Jacob knows he is winning when everyone who he comes in contact with operates at their fullest capacity to win hearts every day! His three key takeaways in leadership emphasize the importance of treating everyone with Honor, Dignity, and Respect.
