Training Director
Position Overview: The Director of Training at Chick-Fil-A A&H is responsible for our training program for new team members and serves as a coach, guide, and facilitator to develop team members at all levels. This role requires extensive knowledge and understanding of all restaurant operations, menu, recipes, policies and procedures.
Personality Traits: This Director Role requires effective interpersonal communication, time-
management, attention to detail and organizational skills with the natural ability to train and develop self and others.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
New Hire Training Process
Oversee the team members first day of orientation and have designated trainers to continue their ongoing training days
Manage employees through the life cycle of the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience that displays our store vision
New Products:
Educate the team when a new product is being released and rollout date
Performance Evaluations:
Design, develop, and oversee employee performance reviews
Continuous Growth:
Work with leaders and trainers in each department to coordinate individual and team training
Develop and execute a strategic plan for establishing long term recruitment pipelines how do stay up to date with our employees and keep them feeling appreciated.
