Position Overview: The Director of Training at Chick-Fil-A A&H is responsible for our training program for new team members and serves as a coach, guide, and facilitator to develop team members at all levels. This role requires extensive knowledge and understanding of all restaurant operations, menu, recipes, policies and procedures.

Personality Traits: This Director Role requires effective interpersonal communication, time-

management, attention to detail and organizational skills with the natural ability to train and develop self and others.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• New Hire Training Process

• Oversee the team members first day of orientation and have designated trainers to continue their ongoing training days

• Manage employees through the life cycle of the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience that displays our store vision

New Products:

• Educate the team when a new product is being released and rollout date

Performance Evaluations:

• Design, develop, and oversee employee performance reviews

Continuous Growth:

• Work with leaders and trainers in each department to coordinate individual and team training

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for establishing long term recruitment pipelines how do stay up to date with our employees and keep them feeling appreciated.
