PM Operations

As the Chick-fil-A Nights Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant during evening hours, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to customers while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with the Owner/Operator and other senior executives to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during night hours, including staffing, training, and resource allocation. You will lead a team of supervisors and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of services to customers during night hours.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during night hours, including staffing, training, and resource allocation.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth during night hours.

• Analyze operational performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead a team of supervisors and team members during night hours, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance objectives.

• Ensure the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards during night hours.

• Maintain a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.

• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations during day and night hours.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong focus on night operations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve results through others.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
