Noel Massey's journey is defined by a deep passion for developing leaders who, in turn, nurture others. This commitment has significantly multiplied leadership capabilities within her teams. Starting as a high school salutatorian, Noel had already achieved both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business from Liberty University by the age of 23, all while working full-time at Chick-fil-A. During her schooling, she was a three-time recipient of the Remarkable Scholarship. She joined our Xtra-Ordinary team in 2017 and has since been on a remarkable career path, aiming to join the Leadership Development Program, and achieve a five-year goal of operating her own Chick-fil-A franchise.

Noel has held various roles, from Opening Team Member to Executive Director. Her ascent within Chick-fil-A included a promotion to Director of Night Operations, Kitchen Director and now serving our Hodges' location as their General Manager. For Noel, winning is about empowering her team to succeed independently and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. Her trajectory is a testament to her dedication and vision in the culinary world.
