Owner Operator
Since moving to Jacksonville in 2002, Melinda has become deeply rooted in the community. Her family’s connection to Chick-fil-A spans decades—her husband began his career with the company in 1988 at one of its earliest locations in Savannah, Georgia. Both of their sons have followed in the family tradition, with her eldest joining in 2014 and her youngest in 2024.
Melinda leads her business under the name XtraOrdinary Impact LLC, reflecting her passion for creating a lasting, positive influence on both her team and the community. Her mission is to provide an environment where team members can grow professionally—whether building a long-term career or working while pursuing their education. She supports her team through health insurance, a 401(k) match, competitive wages, and scholarship opportunities.
Committed to delivering exceptional service, Melinda aims to make every guest feel genuinely valued by offering warm hospitality and high-quality food and beverages.
She is also passionate about giving back. Coming from a family of veterans, she holds a strong appreciation for the military and actively supports veteran-related causes. In addition, she contributes to local schools and organizations such as the Child Cancer Fund and Dreams Come True, which hold personal significance to her as the mother of a childhood cancer survivor.

Now, she proudly serves as our operating partner. During her time at Chick-fil-A as the General Manager, she increased sales by $1 million annually, reached a $10 million professional goal, and promoted six supervisors to director level from 2022 to 2023.
At Outback Steakhouse, she managed 17 restaurants in North Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, leading new menu rollouts and training initiatives. As Director of Training for P.D.Q, she orchestrated 23 grand openings and developed a comprehensive training program, achieving positive cash flow in just 30 days.
Kelli's dedication to community service is evident through her work with Feeding Freedom, where she cooked and served 28,000 meals to U.S. military personnel in the Middle East. Her commitment to growth and double-digit profitability ensures a balanced life and career. Kelli's passion for nurturing talent and driving success continues to inspire our team.
