Catering Director
Position Overview: Lead the pickup/delivery part of the business with the Chick-Fil-A standard of operational excellence: taste, order accuracy, timeliness, attentive & courteous service. Your demeanor and dress should reflect the professionalism it takes to do your job and be neat, clean, and appropriate for the workplace while representing Atlantic & Hodges CFA.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Identify opportunities with potential and existing catering customers by sampling menu items at different businesses and neighborhood events
Complete all set-up and preparation for each pickup/ delivery order (condiments and utensils). If you won’t be there for the pickup, have clear communication with a leader to be the contact for the order
All catering orders that are received, need to be coordinated with the Kitchen Manager & FOH Manager on fulfillment
Deliver catering order
Keep catering shelf organized
Keep inventory of catering supplies
Place all coolers and catering related items away upon leaving for the day
Set a number system on the coolers to track them so we do not lose them (use the deferred system for tracking TMS in/out)
Responsible for handling catering phone calls on the catering extension, and returning phone calls in a timely manner
Make sure all items have been accounted for through the register whether as a sale or a “discount and giveaway”
Schedule time with the Restaurant Marketing Director to discuss monthly goals
Assist the management team in store when requested
