The Chick-fil-A Atlantic & Hodges General Manager is responsible for the reporting the restaurant's overall results, coaching the top-level executive team & developing leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Executives & Directors
Create and implement operational plans and Maximize efficiencies and profitability
Monitor financial performance and take appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.
Recruit top talent
Foster leadership development and a culture that reflects the Chick-fil-A brand.
Proctor Leadership development classes
Weekly one-on-ones with executives
Review goals & results for monthly executive meeting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
