Drive- Thru Director
Key Role:
As a Chick-fil-A Drive-Thru Director, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the drive-thru and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will oversee a team of drive-thru employees, ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and able to meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the flow of traffic in and out of the drive-thru, and ensuring that orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, motivate, and supervise a team of drive-thru employees
Develop and implement strategies to increase drive-thru efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage the flow of traffic in and out of the drive-thru, and ensure that orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner
Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve the customer experience
Maintain accurate inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures, including food safety and quality standards
Ensure that the drive-thru area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Communicate effectively with other team members and managers to ensure smooth operations

Key Traits:
Work a minimum of 30 hours per week in the restaurant
Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all Drive-Thru related goals and success factors to Team Members

Effectively coach and give direction
Align hiring, training, and evaluation practices with the Vision of the organization and the Thematic goal for the year
Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Drive-Thru team
