The Chick-fil-A Together Fund helps to cover certain qualified expenses for eligible Team Members, Staff* and franchised Operators facing financial hardship immediately after an unforeseen personal difficulty or natural disaster. The fund is comprised of two concurrent grant programs: the Standard Grant Program and the Immediate Response Program.
The Standard Grant Program is designed to help recipients through times of hardship, such as a serious medical illness or injury, non-routine procedures (ex. root canal, foot surgery) residential damage, victim of a violent crime, or death in the immediate family of a Team Member, Staff* member, or franchised Operator.
The Immediate Response Program (IRP) is supplemental to the Standard Grant Program. It provides quick support to individuals in need of swift action following an unforeseen event such as a natural disaster within 24-48 hours. Impacted applicants may receive funds for the purpose of purchasing food, clothing or other basic needs. A presidentially declared disaster must precede the activation of an Immediate Response Program IRP)
