How do I know if I qualify for a free uniform?

If you work on average 30 hours or less a week, you receive one free uniform. If you work on average over 30 hours a week, you receive two uniforms. If you don’t qualify for a free uniform, uniforms can be paid through xtrabucks. All polos are 10 xtrabucks, pants are 12 xtrabucks, and shorts are 10 xtrabucks. Any belts and aprons will be 5 xtrabucks and hats will be 2 xtrabucks.

Where do I get my shoes?

Most shoe retailers will sell nonslip shoes. Some examples are Walmart, Shoe Carnival, Famous Footwear, and Sketchers Outlet.

Where do I park? 

For Hodges Location please park at the very front of Walgreens.
For Kernan Location please park at the shopping center parking spaces infront of the restaurant.

Who do I talk to about my schedule?

Any availability changes or time off requests must be put in through the Nation app. If you have any scheduling concerns, you can contact the general manager through the Nation app. Eidrea For Kernan & Cece for Hodges

How do I get my Pathway login information?

Pathway is the same as your CFA home login information. This is in your new hire packet you received at orientation. That is a temporary password. To reset it, log in using a web browser to create a permanent password. If you are still having trouble logging in, reach out to Alexis.

What’s my clock in pin?

• Your clock in pin was written on the back of your name tag. If you lost or forgot your clock in pin, you can ask a leader to look it up for you.

Direct deposit?

• Direct Deposit usually takes up to 2 payroll cycles, Therefor if you are a new hire don't be alarmed if your first or second Paycheck did not go through as a Direct Deposit. This usually means that your bank account is still under bank verification. If you did not prompt for direct deposit and would like to enroll please see Eidrea or Nicole Carter.
