Maintenance and Repair

Facilities Supervisor is a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and repair of our Chick-fil-A location. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and facilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, including the selection of contractors, vendors, and materials

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance schedules, and inventory of spare parts and supplies

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers

• Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing coaching and support to improve performance and ensure a high level of quality work

• Communicate effectively with other departments, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to maintenance and repair activities
