These clubs are especially great for Team Members who are not interested in leadership or may not qualify. View the information below to see what each of these clubs are and how to join them.
Being a Chick-fil-A Club Member is the next step on your journey of being more involved at Chick-fil-A! The position includes more responsibility, but offers the fulfilling and joyous opportunity to work with your peers to keep the our store running at its best.

Team members in this club will work together to set and accomplish goals with in our store's drive thru, as well as maintain our stores drive thru equipment, and take care of our team members when they are working outside. This club has the most impact on our guests as the majority of connections we make are in our drive thru, this club will work to ensure every guest have the best possible experience when visiting our store.

Team Members on the Catering Club have the special opportunity to truly deliver the Chick-fil-A experience and culture to businesses and organizations in our community. They get a break in the every day by leaving the restaurant and serving guests our awesome food in a different, refreshing setting where they get to be Chick-fil-A. Catering Club members will also be some of the ones actively preparing and executing catering orders for both pick up and delivery while still in the store. Some of these Team Members even get to drive our catering vehicles!

This club has the very important job of ensuring our store is following proper procedure when preparing our guest's food, and preparing our store for any health inspections. This may include doing frequent walkthroughs, and inspections to make sure our store's equipment is functioning properly, and our team members are following proper procedures.

Celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, as well as planning regular team member appreciation events are all responsibilities of this club. This club strives to set the tone of the working environment, ensuring everyone has a great time while working at Chick-fil-A.

If you enjoy fixing things, would like to learn how we fix equipment, or participating in the maintenance of our restaurant is something that interests you, this club is great for you! These Team Members prefer hands- on, fix-it tasks over face-to-face events and activities with people. The efforts of Team Members on this club is what keeps our restaurant in tip top shape.

Satisfactorily own an area, item, and/or task as directed by your club leader on a a consistent basis. For example, you may be responsible for cleaning all gaskets on the coolers in the breading area.
Enjoys fixing/working on equipment and tasks
Maintain an area, item, or task as directed by club leader. For example, you may be asked to make sure our ice dream machine’s o-rings & blades are replaced regularly.
Willing to complete needed maintenance or tasks regularly, as needed. For example, you may be asked to perform boil outs on the hennies in the mornings.
