People Department Director
The People Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, strategist, and collaborator, with a passion for cultivating a culture of excellence and positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Continually assess and optimize our compensation and benefits offerings to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with our business objectives.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and individual contributors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required; degree preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Excellent coaching and development skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
