Leadership Development Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering comprehensive leadership development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an overall satisfaction (OSAT) that is within the top 20% of stores in the chain.
Coach managers to take on key components within the store.
Unlock intellectual capacity within all individuals to diversify talent within the store.
Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with thecompany's strategic objectives.
Identify and assess leadership development needs across the organization and design programs to address those needs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that leadership development programs are integrated with other employee development programs and initiatives.
Develop and manage leadership development budgets and resources.
Create and deliver content using a variety of methods
Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in leadership development to ensure that programs are innovative and relevant.
Establish metrics to measure the impact and ROI of leadership development programs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership development or related field.
Experience in designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence others at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
