As the HR Director for Chick-fil-A, you will be responsible for leading the company's human resources functions, policies, and programs. You will work closely with the leadership team to design and implement strategies that align with Chick-fil-A's overall business goals, while also ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that Chick-fil-A attracts and hires the best talent available
Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and support employee growth and career development
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive in the market and aligned with the company's goals
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, equity, and consistency across the organization
Manage HR staff and provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to support their growth and development
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team
