Job Description: Atlantic & Hodges Culture Director
Objective:
The objective of this role is to establish a united and supportive culture that promotes team growth and collaboration. The Culture Director will work towards creating a positive environment that fosters growth and upholds the company's values.

Responsibilities:
The Culture Director will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring team members are celebrated on their birthdays and CFA anniversaries.
Posting about birthdays and anniversaries on the Crew App.
Rewarding team members with 25 recognition points on VSBL for their anniversary.
Preparing birthday and anniversary videos a week ahead of time and ensuring the team sees them.
Switching out the Shout Out board weekly.
Posting about new Shout Out challenges on the Crew App.
Ensuring that leaders create a welcoming environment and an enjoyable shift for team members.
Providing leaders with challenges that foster a positive culture, such as giving out certificates of recognition or posting about a team member who went the extra mile.
Following up to ensure the prize box is being utilized and contests are being run.
Ensuring that extra bucks are being distributed.
Working with an encouraging and positive attitude throughout every shift.
Being vocal and intentional in creating an uplifting and encouraging environment by saying things like "great job __ on greeting" or "thank you for __".
Keeping an eye on the prize box and alerting the team when it needs to be filled.
Tracking "Cares about me," "Attentive/Courteous," and "Problem Resolution" scores and communicating them with the team.
Working with the HR director to distribute rewards to team members when they redeem points on VSBL.
Celebrating major holidays and events with baked goods, goodie bags, donuts, etc.
Consistently posting and encouraging the team on Crew and VSBL.
Creating weekly goals and emailing the recap to the People Director or meeting with the P. Director weekly.
Measurable Goals:
The Culture Director will be responsible for achieving the following measurable goals:
Achieve 60% team member retention rate
Maintain "Cares about me" score above 60%
Increase "Problem Resolution" score above 30%
Maintain "Attentive/Courteous" score above 78%
